On 18 and 19 February 2013 a seminar discussion between representatives of the Government of Ivory Coast, the World Bank and other international organizations, on the prospects of this country within the 2020 horizon, was held in Abidjan, at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Gabriele Quinti, director of CERFE, presented to the participants the results of the diagnostic study on governance in Ivory Coast made during the period 2010-2012 on behalf of World Bank. The discussion on the study involved, among others, Méité Sindou (National Secretary for Governance and Capacity Building), Marcelo Giugale (Director of the Department of Economic Policy and Poverty Reduction Programs Africa, World Bank) and Madelaine Yao (Cabinet of the Minister of Economics and Finance).
