Governance in education and health services in Ivory Coast, quality of basic services, diffusion and concrete mechanisms of corruption, presence of "actors of change" (both civil servants and citizens) are all arguments of a report prepared by CERFE (in collaboration with the CREA) about governance in Ivory Coast.
