Thank you Marina for your very useful comment. I fully agree that much more research is needed on changing gender relations in the cities. I hav myself been involved in one such programme in Southern Africa. Unfortunately, it seems to be very little of empirical evidence from other part s of the world produced the latest five years. Do I understand you wright, that you are involved in research on women's global social action? Please, keep in tusch.
